Backups

Nightly pg_dump of the human-authored tables runs on the mini at 03:30 (launchd), weekly copy to the Air. status route pending. When the API exposes it this card shows last run, size and the restore drill date.

Decisions

Every alias, pick, confirm and reject by every staff account, newest first. Holds asks whether the decision still resolves today; a ✗ is a decision to revisit, not a failure.

Reported issues

Problems users flagged with ⚑ on a row in Search or Lists. Resolve one when the register, an alias or a verdict has answered it. issues route pending. Until it lands, reports are kept in the reporter's browser and listed here from this device only.

Feedback

What people typed into Send feedback on the landing page and its pages, newest first. Bug, Missing data, Feature, Premium services, Other. Mark a row when it is answered or declined; "Premium services" is the roadmap.

People

Who can do what. Roles are enforced by the API: admins from CRE_ADMINS, staff from CRE_STAFF, everyone else a user who sees their own sheets.

Staff work the Golden bench: aliases, picks, verdicts, every sheet. Adding an email here will write CRE_STAFF through the API once the route exists; today it queues the request for the infra session.

Sheets

The farms themselves: the files on the API host, and the analyses built from them. A sheet has to be on the host before Enrich can run it.

The .xlsx/.csv/.numbers farm, and its cover .pdf if the title company sent one. The cover is the only record of the query they actually ran, so upload it with the sheet. Saved to data/sheets/ on the mini, where the Enrich picker and enhance_sheet.py read it. An identical repeat is skipped; a different file of the same name is refused unless you tick replace.

Analysed sheets

Every analysis the API knows, with its owner. A user sees only sheets owned by their email; null owner means Jason's. Reassigning writes the owner through the API. owner route pending

Counties /stats/counties

Where the work is, and where our matching is weakest. County is read from the sheet's own COUNTY column and nowhere else: a sheet without one is its own row, never a county guessed from a city. Parcels partition exactly and the tie line below says so. Names are a different unit, and the same company owns in more than one county, so the name column is names seen here and does not add to the total.

Register data

What we hold: the Secretary of State master load plus weekly snapshots. The weekly update downloads the delta, ingests it and refreshes the derived tables (~15 min on the mini).
